Revenue model

Three income streams
from one licence

01 · Venue setup fees
$50/venue

Charge each pub, club or office a one-off setup fee to create their branded pool. You do the setup once — 20 minutes. 10 venues = $500 before a single player joins.

02 · Entry fee commission
10% of pot

Take 10% of the total entry pot across your multi-venue pool. At $50 entry and 2,000 players that's $10,000 straight into your pocket — venues get their 10% share.

03 · Sponsor carousel
$100–$500/slot

Sell rotating ad slots in the player carousel to local bookmakers, breweries, food suppliers. Every player sees them every day for 6 weeks. A premium local audience advertisers will pay for.

Set up their pools
Create a branded pool for each venue in 20 minutes. They run their own local pool and join your multi-venue super-pool automatically.

Collect & profit
Players pay entry fees to their venue. You collect your commission cut, manage sponsor revenue and crown a champion after the Final.
