The revenue model

Here's how
you make money

You pay once — Pool at $19.99 or Reseller at $199 from May 1. Everything you collect goes straight into your pocket. We never touch your players' money.

Entry fees

$10 × 80 players = $800 pot

You set the entry fee. You collect it — cash, bank transfer, whatever works. Keep 20% as admin fee, put 80% into the prize pot.

Venue commission (Reseller)

$50/venue × 10 venues = $500

Charge each establishment a setup fee. You do the setup once — 20 minutes per venue. 10 venues and your licence has already paid for itself.

Sponsor carousel

$100/sponsor × 5 = $500

Sell rotating ad slots in the player carousel. Every player sees local sponsors for 6 weeks — bookmakers, breweries, food suppliers will pay for that reach.

Every establishment runs their own local pool and joins your multi-venue super-pool. Players compete locally and on the wider stage. Venues earn a $500 share just for bringing their crowd. Their logo rotates in the carousel seen by all 2,000 players every day. Everyone wins — you collect the most.
